The Downtown Farmers Market is the largest farmers market in the region, providing a location for farmers, crafter and artisan bakers to promote their products directly to the consumers at a reasonable price, save family farms and stimulate the local economy.

MSU Town & Gown Community Band

The MSU Town and Gown Community Band opens the 2026 Summer Concert Series at the Rotary Amphitheater Performing Arts Pavilion in Central Park. Led by Dr. Ashley Shoupe, Racer Band Director and Assistant Director of MSU Bands, its membership includes college students, band directors and interested adult instrumentalists from throughout the region.

This years truck show will be June 6th from 12pm-5pm. Venders are needed at a cost of $50.00 a spot. Entry free is $40.00 per vehicle. Free for spectators. All makes and models are welcomed, come on out and support a great cause!

This year's fair will include a carnival and laser tag for the kids! Other events also include: A Mini Tractor Pull, Motorcycle Races, Demolition Derby's, and live performances from The Almost Broke band. Admission is $15.00 per person and will include parking, rides, shows, and other events.
